For Refunds or Returns: contact info@mothershalloweenstore.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please note there are no returns or exchanges allowed after October 9th. Non-returnable items include sale and clearance items, special orders, CD's, DVD's, Wigs, makeup, character teeth, and hosiery. All returns must be in original packaging and original condition. Return shipping is at customer expense. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from total price of returns. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving shipment. We test and inspect all items before being shipped to insure quality.
